Cartering
Vi erbjuder catering i form av att vi kommer med en food truck och lagar maten hemma hos dig, på ditt event eller på ditt företag samt även möjligheten att vi levererar maten direkt till dig eller att du hämtar upp den från Tapicantes restauranger.
We offer catering in the following forms: We can come to you with one of our food trucks and cook the food at your home, event or workplace; we can deliver the food to you; or you can pick your order up at Tapicantes restaurants.

Välj två stora tacos eller stora på vetetortilla per person:

Pollo Loco – fräst kyckling med grönsaker och ost
Pollo Criollo – fräst kyckling med potatis, chipotle och ost
Mechada – ugnsgrillad fläskkarré med ost och guacamole

Övriga kostnader och allmän information
Kostnad food truck + personal som förbereder och delar ut maten från trucken under eventet i Uppsala eller Enköping: 3500:-
Kostnad catering utanför Uppsala eller Enköping (mer än 10 km från centrum) utgår en extra kostnad för att täcka bensinkostnad och arbetstid, beroende på hur långt bort det gäller. Exempelvis Stockholm: + 1500:-
Kostnad leverans inom Uppsala: 350:-
Tillbehör: alla cateringmenyer inkluderar såser och koriander.
Om det finns behov av specialkost, exempelvis glutenfritt eller veganskt, så ordnar vi det!
Våra majstortillas är glutenfria och veganska, och våra quesadillas kan serveras utan ost.

Choose 2 large tacos or big quesadillas on wheat tortilla per person:

Other costs and general information
Cost food truck + staff who prepare and hand out the food from the food truck during the event in Uppsala or Enköping (up to 10 km from city center): 3500:-
Cost catering outside of Uppsala or Enköping (more than 10 km from city center) there is an extra fee to cover the cost of travel and work hours, depending on the distance. For example Stockholm: + 1500:-
Cost delivery within Uppsala: 350:-
Accessories: all catering menus include sauces and cilantro/coriander.
In the case of special dietary needs, for example glutenfree or vegan, this can of course be arranged! Our maize tortillas are glutenfree and vegan and our quesadillas can be served without or with vegan cheese. Allergies? Let us know ahead of time!
3 days before, at the latest: Let us know the exact number of people. We will invoice the order based on this. Meddela exakt antal personer.
